• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To display your submissions on the map after moderation.
• To process payments for Pro memberships.

We rely on third parties that may process limited data when you use the Service:

• Mapbox — renders map tiles and may receive map coordinates.
• Helcim — processes membership payments. Your card data is handled by Helcim under their policies; we do not store full card numbers.
• Sentinel Hub — provides satellite imagery used in Pro layers.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Submissions are retained for the benefit of the community unless removed. You may request deletion of your submissions at any time.
